Mercia Growth Fund 2

This new fund will follow on from the successful Mercia Growth Fund 1 offering investors the highly tax efficient benefits of Seed EIS (to include 50% income tax relief) in young businesses PLUS EIS (to include 30% income tax relief) in later stage, cash generative opportunities.

Mercia Growth Fund therefore provides private investors access to venture capital returns with portfolio balance. Mercia Fund Management has removed much of the fund management cost out of SEIS and EIS investing meaning private investors can expect almost 95% of their investment to be dedicated tax efficient investment after fees.

Due to Mercia Fund Management’s growing portfolio of profitable and pre-profitable businesses seeking working capital (as banks abandon the small end market) and Mercia Fund Management’s unique relationship with its eight university partners, we continue to develop a strong portfolio of EIS and SEIS qualifying prospects, respectively. Capital risk is further mitigated for SEIS investing with our ability to co-invest with our institutional funds under management.
