| The Company, a spin-out from Staffordshire and Keele Universities, specialises in the design and development of products for treating orthopaedic trauma. The first products became available for UK distribution in July 2005 and have been designed and developed to meet the needs and requirements of surgeons and patients in improving the treatment of tibial fractures. The first product released was the Staffordshire Orthopaedic Reduction Machine (storm), which has already proved successful in clinical practice in the University Hospital of North Staffordshire; where it has been shown to produce significant benefit. |
